I think that is reasonable. We have a specific port so lets pull up the help info for "ssh".

We have:

ssh -p 60691

We have a username we want to login as: ctf-player. And finally the URL: titan.picoctf.net

ssh -p 60691 ctf-player@titan.picoctf.net

Answer "yes" when asked whether I want to continue connecting due to the unknown key.

Then we use the supplied password to login: 84b12bae

Then capture the flag.
